The 16th edition of the Summerschool of Glycosciences was held this year June as an on-line event spread over 2 weeks including four full days. More than 100 PhD students mainly from the Netherlands and other European countries participated and listened to presentations from Internationally recognised experts covering many field where carbohydrates play an important role. Furthermore, PhD’s pitch presented their own research and interacted in two workshops. Also this edition seems to be highly appreciated by the participants.
